The book is very good. The author very coherent and concise in presenting the material.

The independent vendor that shipped the book is not reliable.

The independent vendor advertised the book with the companion CD, as never used, to be included in the book as new.

When the book arrived after almost 30 days from the day of order, the companion CD was not in the book or the box the book was shipped in.

The received book was listed as being in a very good condition; however it should have been listed as very used. Coffee stains, most pages marked with a marker pen & the book in a generally poor state. Vendor offered to buy book back, but postage will be more than what the book is worth. Very disappointing.

Not much more to say, this was transaction was absolutely hassle-free. And the package had a nice smiley face drawn on it too.

Nightmare of a transaction!!! / / 2009-04-16
No communication from anyone as to ship date until after my credit card was charged. Seller replied to my question about shipping 5 days after I asked and then they just sent a canned response, not an answer to my question. Item that arrived, after 4 weeks, was the wrong item altogether. Never again! Its hard to imagine Amazon wanting to align themselves with such a terrible merchant.
Warrants zero stars on the rating scale, but that was not an option in this survey.
